• Non-Refundable Processing: Once a visa application is submitted and payment is processed, the fees are immediately allocated toward administrative handling and government application costs. Therefore, all visa fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.

• Government Discretion: Please note that the final approval or rejection of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Royal Oman Police (ROP). In the event that a visa is not granted, we are unable to provide a refund for the processing fees already incurred.

• Accuracy of Information: We kindly ask you to double-check all passport details and uploaded documents before submission. Fees cannot be refunded or transferred in the case of errors in the submitted data.
